Tom Crowe
The firm was founded in 1979 with the objective of delivering personal legal services in a manner different from that of the "large law firm" formula. That philosophy has proved its worth. The firm has built upon its practice since that date and has occupied its present office building in downtown Phoenix since 1984.

While the firm's mission is to provide quality one-on-one representation to its clients, Tom is assisted in doing so by an extremely able and experienced staff who bring outstanding backgrounds to the firm's ability to serve its clients effectively.
Lisa M. Kobza
Lisa is our office administrator and handles billing, accounting and other support functions for the firm. Lisa has been with us since 1996. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in accounting and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. Lisa works with the firm's clients in ensuring that billing arrangements are fair and accurate and is available to work with clients regarding any questions or special billing arrangements that may be required.

Cynthia A. Malyuk
Cindy is a Certified Paralegal who has ably served the firm's clients as a paralegal since 1996. Her primary areas of expertise include extensive involvement in criminal defense and civil litigation, which together form the core of the firm's practice. Cindy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota. As a Certified Paralegal, who has satisfied the requirements of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Cindy brings a valuable background to the firm and its clients. She regularly continues her career development by participation in continuing education programs offered by the State Bar of Arizona, local colleges, and other entities.

Ginger Roszak
Ginger served with the firm as a Legal Assistant since 1994 and is presently on an extended leave. She continues to assist the firm on special projects on an as needed basis.
