From the east, exit I-10 on the Washington/Jefferson exit. Take Washington west to 11th Street.
From the west, exit I-10 at 7th Street. Take 7th Street south to Jefferson, Jefferson east to 12th Street, 12th Street north to Washington, and Washington west to 11th Street. (11th Street is obstructed by light rail between Washington and Jefferson.)
Access will also be available via Metro Light Rail with a station at 12th Street serving the Washington / Jefferson alignment.
